Holy Huge Post!

Well it's been a busy few weeks in our neck of the woods, and for once we happened to capture most of it. Here are a boat load of pics from some of our recent adventures.

Aimee and the Man-Cub went north for a few nights to visit with his Great-Grandmother, Gi Gi. She was not feeling too well, so Liam wanted to go help her get better.

Big hug from Gi Gi.
Big hug from cousin Maddie.
Group shot. Liam is tough to get motionless..
Here's a few shots from another of our track outings. The SCCA was in town, with is a wide range of serious machinery. We backed the SUV up to a guard rail with a great view, and ate burgers and hot dogs while watching some racing. Good times!

With a GT1 Mustang.
The next weekend we attended a birthday party for the Dodd boy at a local gymnastics facility. This was BIG fun. Everything was well padded, so we could rest easy that there would be little chance that Liam would do any harm to himself or his surroundings. He had a blast!!!!

The next weekend, we packed up and headed east to see Me Me and Pappy at their bitty house in Texas City. It was nice to finally see their vacation home. They took us around to some of their favorite restaurants, and showed us some of the fun to be had in their area.

Saturday, we packed up and went down the road to a drive-through zoo. They had all kind of giant, giant-horned, hairy, smelly beasts. Liam was not afraid of any of them. In fact, in the middle of the ride he asked me for a fork and some ketchup!

Momma and Liam on the ride
Great shot of one of the CRAZY ostrichi feeding from Aimee's bucket of mystery animal food stuff. He looks exactly this wicked in person.
This is a shot of a Watusi. HUGE horns. HUGE! Again, no fear shown by Liam. We were amazed.
Liam with Meme and Pappy. Having a good ol time!
Thought I would try to steal a camel smooch. Not the best idea I discovered.
Here's a camel with his head in the cart. Notice Liam trying to help the big fella get some of the food stuff.
The petting zoo was fun. The goats were friendly...
but the pigs were not.
To close the day, we ventured out to a fresh veggie farm called Frobergs'. It is apparently strawberry picking season, so we thought we would let the boy grab some of his favorite eats right off the vine.
This is his "please" gesture. Not sure what he was asking for though.
Dirty hat = hard work on the farm.
Big boy carrying in the harvest.
Here's the "fruits" of our labor...

Hope everyone is well!
