Sunday evening post.

aStarting to get a back-log of photos I intended to share on here, so here is a plethora of pics!

The racing Colemans' were in town, so Liam went to the track to show them how things are done. He love's being around all the noise and all that goes with being at the track. Especially the tunnel at the entrance that goes underneath part of the front straight. He actually recognized the exit on the highway and got excited yelling "tunnel, tunnel...."

All bizness...
He's got a big-blockhead with twin 12's, whutchoogot?
I'll show you sissies how to drive this thing! Gimmie the dang keys.
Just kidding, please take me out of this thing!
With the warm weather coming, I figured a fun project would be to plant some crappy seeds we found in the dollar section at target. The "baby flowers" as Liam called them were scattered into our little flower bed by the front stoop. If they don't sprout I want my money back.

Shovel is fun!

Liam found a flippin' sweet rock along with several bottle caps, cigarette butts, and a sea shell. SCORE!

Hope all's well!

Sunshine, sunshine, and more sunshine!!

After a few weeks of some indoor weather, we have been hammered with warmish, sunny days. What is the best this to do when gifted with this kind of weather? PARK!!!!!! Here are a few pics from some of our excursions:

"HEY DUCK,...
....you're kinda funny!"

Ducks love moldy bread for some reason. I think I read on the internet the mold actually helps them to breath better under water. Not sure if I believe it, but it was on the internet.

Shootin' some hoops!

Nice day for the park

The weather has been giving us about one day every 4 that is nice enough to go to our favorite local park and turn the boy loose. Being inside for days straight allows his energy levels to build exponentially. I can usually predict the weather patterns by assessing the level of destruction in our home at the end of my day. When we have reached what I'll call "Level Holy &$!@", you can pretty much guarantee pleasant weather is just around the bend.

We are fortunate to live in an area where nice parks are plentiful, so sometimes it's a tough decision as to which one to go to , but regardless of our choice Liam always makes the best of it.

It is tough to photograph lightning, but sometimes you get a gem..

Hope everyone is well!

Snow!

It has been a while, so with a dusting of snow I figured this would be a good opportunity to post a few new photos of our boy. We only spent a few minutes playing since it was 20 degrees and we south Texans are pretty thin skinned when it comes to cold weather.

Daddy knocking snow off the rickety old play set
He really got a kick out of back yard's new look, and sprinted to .
The cold was not so fun though.

We managed to get a pose of him on the stoop.

Liam is a typical almost-2-year-old. Everything is an adventure, and no obstacle is insurmountable. He is overflowing with energy, and has electron-fast hands. His vocabulary is growing rapidly. He is rugged man of the outdoors, but maintains a soft hand for the ladies.

Hope all is well!
